Data we process

For accounts and linking, we process the email address, Cognito account ID, Alexa access token, and a pseudonymous Alexa user identifier. For tasks, we store a request ID, device reference, status, timestamps, and a sanitized short response. Task data expires after seven days; short responses expire after 24 hours.

Purpose and recipients

We use this data only for authentication, task delivery, status reporting, abuse prevention, and technical operation. Providers include Amazon Web Services, Amazon Alexa, and ImprovMX. International transfers and retention must be reviewed against the applicable agreements.
